The VAIO Fit 15E SVF1521KCXB 15.5" Multi-Touch Notebook Computer from Sony is built with the features and performance you need every day to stay connected and be entertained. The VAIO Fit 15E features a stylish design with a backlit keyboard with a numeric keypad and a large touchpad for easy navigation.
The 15.5" widescreen display is also a capacitive touchscreen with multi-touch gesture support for Windows 8. The screen is LED backlit, which is more energy efficient than CCFL backlighting. The display also has a 16:9 aspect ratio and a Full HD 1920 x 1080 native resolution powered by a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M graphics card with 1GB of discrete memory.
The system is powered by a dual-core Ivy Bridge 2.0GHz Intel Core i7-3537U processor. It also has 8GB of 1600MHz DDR3L RAM, a 750GB 5400rpm hard drive, a SuperMulti DVD burner, a Secure Digital (SD) media card reader, 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, an integrated webcam and microphone. There are also built-in stereo speakers with Intel High Definition Audio support and ClearAudio+ technology.
Windows 8 (64-bit) is the installed operating system. Windows 8 replaces the traditional Start menu with a redesigned Start screen.
