Take charge of your fitness with the Fitbit One Activity Tracker in black. This tracker records the number of steps you take and stairs you climb, calculating how far you travel, how many calories you burn, and how much daily time you spend active. The information it records is sent wirelessly to your smartphone and/or computer, so you can learn more about your habits over time.
The front of the One features an OLED display that shows your daily stats and time of day. The device is water-resistant and its battery lasts for 10 to 14 days on a single charge, which takes one to two hours. It clips securely to your pocket, belt, or other article of clothing, and includes a wristband for sleep tracking. Also included are a USB dongle for wirelessly syncing with your computer, a charging cable, and a silicone clip.
