• Item is new and factory sealed.

Open Box:

Demo:

• Product used as store or exhibition sample. May have signs of usage, including small cosmetic scratches or dents which do not affect product functionality of overall visual appearance. Items are inspected and tested.  Please see warranty detailed information on individual product pages.

Factory Recertified  :

• This refers to products that was in the customer possession for short period of  time  and may have briefly used, such items are inspected and tested and certified to be in Like New Condition.  Please see warranty detailed information on individual product pages.

Refurbished:

• This refers to products that was in consumer possession for some time  and may have briefly used, the product may show a small amount of wear and tear. Product may had a minor problem which was fixed in manufacturing environment. After repairing any defect and sanitizing when necessary, the product is repackaged either by the original manufacturer or a reputable professional outside firm, returning the products to like-new or almost new condition. Used-Very  Good:

• A well-cared-for item that has seen limited use but remains in great condition. The item is undamaged, but may show some signs of wear. The item works perfectly.

Used -Good

• The item shows wear from consistent use, but remains in good condition.  The item may be marked or identified, and show other signs of previous use. The item works perfectly and is in good overall shape

Used

• Product was in consumer possession for significant time, was used and may show sights of tear and wear. Was inspected to be in the working order in accordance with manufacture specification.

Pull:

• This is referred to a product removed form working computer system or another piece of electronic or computer equipment. Tested and offered with warranty described on individual product pages.
