Enjoy a more natural typing experience on your 12.9" iPad Pro with the Apple Smart Keyboard. This 64-key keyboard doubles as a protective cover for your iPad Pro's display as well as a stand, folding over to prop up your tablet for typing or media viewing.
Instead of connecting with a cable or pairing via Bluetooth, the Smart Keyboard uses the Smart Connector to send data to your iPad Pro while simultaneously drawing power. Once connected, you can use keyboard shortcuts to perform additional commands. Simply press and hold the Command, Option, or Control keys to see an on-screen list of shortcuts for the app you're using. An on-screen shortcut bar lets you access tools to alter font, alignment, and more.
The seamless top layer of the Smart Keyboard is constructed from a sheet of durable fabric that's coated in a water- and stain-resistant finish. The cover panels are made from three layers, with conductive fabric sandwiched in-between a durable polyurethane exterior and a soft microfiber interior.
